Needs assessment
Before placing a candidate with your company, we take the necessary time to thoroughly understand our client’s needs, goals, environment and challenges.
Recruiting
We use the latest recruitment methods, combining traditional recruiting and networking techniques with the latest internet and web-mining tools to procure the most talented job seekers.
Phone Screen
We pre-screen each candidate with a 15 minute phone call to access their needs and see if we have a match for the prospective employer.
Interviewing
Following testing, our applicants are interviewed by our experienced staff to clarify skill sets, personality, professionalism and career goals.
Screening and skills assessment
Every candidate is given a complete skills assessment before being placed on assignment. We have the latest in computerized testing to determine proficiency with the most commonly used programs and software. Only candidates who have the skills you need are placed in your position.
Reference checks
As standard practice, we check a minimum of two references per applicant.
Talent management
We monitor our talent as they are in the workplace, to ensure performance and on-going success. Our quality control actions include a first-day arrival check, end of day performance check, end-of-the-week performance check and completion or end-of-assignment quality control survey.
